Jeffery Tompkins is an award-winning urban planner, designer, entrepreneur, and architectural illustrator with a passion for creative placemaking and proactive urban development. He is the principal of  PRT Planning + Design, a Indianapolis-based urban design consultancy offering dynamic urbanism, place-empowerment, and emergent solutions for the 21st century city. With his professional work, he aims to empower existing and create memorable, equitable, and accessible “third places” in urban neighborhoods — much of Jeffery’s recent work has revolved on master planning, street redesign, and community-driven neighborhood redevelopment. In his work, he hopes to bridge the gap between architecture, community-building, and development while creating better places for all.
